Favorite managerWe hope you’ll enjoy working with 1.5.
Unfortunately, you can only have webcam and microphone conversations with other people using IM2.
Added: Some people say that they have experienced a couple of bugs with it, but don’t let that discourage you. I’m sure if you look really hard, you can find a problem, but I haven’t.
Download it, and say what you think about it. Is it better than Trillian? Trillian Pro? I’d say it’s better than Trillian Basic, but not sure about Trillian Pro, since I’ve never used it before.
I have attached my own screenshots.

Edit: Well I downloaded it, and tried using it but everytime it tries to connect to mirc and msn I get an “error encountered” message and the whole program has to close. I don’t think I’ll be trying anymore as it’s already happened two times. Then again my internet is pretty funky so I don’t think it is the program itself. Not sure.
January 29, 2005 at 9:37 pm #113160RustyMemberI downloaded it it is so much better than trillian I love it…
But…Decided I don’t want it…

February 2, 2005 at 9:00 pm #113162ArsenalParticipantEhh I just downloaded it, I’m going to try it out for a bit.
February 2, 2005 at 9:28 pm #113163ArsenalParticipantWhenever I log onto ICQ, MSN or Yahoo I get kicked off…what the hell?
February 3, 2005 at 5:18 pm #113158NIKKIEMemberIt worked fine for me but 2 bugs i just noticed
-crashes when in prefrences
-sends notes to mobile users everytime you log on/off (got yelled at for this)its really new , so dont expect it to be perfect . The next verison will be better…
It reminds me of kopete and a bit of sim . I may actually switch form gaim to this . I am pretty comfy with it . If it has some kool new option that seperates it from the rest . It may be a keeper . We shall see.
February 4, 2005 at 2:02 am #113164ArsenalParticipantMy friends got quite mad also…she said I sent her 10 text messages!!!
February 15, 2005 at 3:37 pm #113161CantTouchThisMemberHmm.. Setting up now.. Let’s see how it goes..
EDIT: didn’t like it. The interface just turned me off.
April 28, 2005 at 3:00 am #113157AnnoraxParticipantI tried it out, and it seem nice, similar to Trillian. But it kept randomly kicking me off AIM with no warning. Skins for 1.5 aren’t out yet, but until it works on a few of these big bugs, I’ll stick with Gaim.
May 22, 2005 at 7:55 am #113165slacker00MemberThis program is terrible, and the interface/skins are so ugly.
I’ll never leave Trillian Pro 3.1 for this…
