After I have read 2 new messages every time I re-login to YM I get the “you have two mail messages” but I have no new message. What can I do to correct this problem?
Perhaps you are reading them and then ‘going back via the menu bar’ instead of clicking back on your mail box? you can also tick the messages and the use the ‘mark as read’ option or of course just delete. 🙂 enjoy
If you read here, you will see you are not the only person currently experiencing this problem. Try reading the part where i put edit, just to make sure it’s not one of those weird spam e-mails that i myself have gotten every once in a while. I would be confused as why it would say i still had one unread e-mail, when it turns out a spam with a very old date had snuck in, and was buried deep in my e-mail. So be sure to browse through all pages of e-mail just to make sure! Or if not, it will be a yahoo bug!
