new things added?

Hello,
I’ll try and explain this the best I can.

When I right click on the address in the browser, the last 3 things show up, that are in the picture. That was not there 2 days ago, and I havent installed anything new. I ran my spyware/adware stuff, and it doesnt detect anything.

Anyone know why that would be showing up. I can even up a word document and right click and that’ll be there.

Any help is appreciated.
