I noticed that there are some new user ranks, “Advisor, Team Leader, Mentor” and some usernames are bold. Are these new features?

Yup. Keep your eyes peeled for an official announcement. Jeff just needs to finalise a few things. 🙂

It’s basically the new moderator system. Each “team” resides over a specific forum section. For more detail, Keep on the lookout for the official announcement that MartinBradley mentioned above.

Team Leader (Moderator, Manager, Picks Advisors)

V

Advisor (Moderator)

V

Mentor (Reports problems to Advisor, keeps things active, etc).
