🙂I installed it. I see absoloutely no difference as yet, but we have to wait
and see. I have heard though that yahoo was trying to fix the chatroom boots
with the new version. I just have to turn off y!tunnel and brave the rooms
to see if it actually does work.Ok, people!
I finally though “what the heck! Lets just do this” turned off y!tunnel and joined several
chatrooms. I didn’t get booted in the 30 minutes i was there. NOw, i don’t know whether this new yahoo! version actually works *shock* or i was just lucky. But then, we all know that even if it does work and they have fixed the chatroom boots, there are plenty of losers out there who will just come up with new boot codes.Anyone else tried it?
What about the voice, cam, mobile, email icon, status, IMV, file transfer, conference, viewing someone’s profiles, managing Friend List, “…is typing a message” status, etc, etc? Did they work properly? 😉
Urgh!!! No! The voice doesn’t work. I don’t know about the rest of the functions because I’ve spent the last 3 hours trying to figure out what the problem with sound was in chatrooms and then realised the problem wasn’t with MY computer. It was with yahoo! Don’t bother updating it till they fix the damn thing.
I don’t understand! Why release something when you aren’t sure it’s working properly??
