Take this quiz to see how many of these New Year traditions from around the world you know.
Not all countries are recognized, however. Is there something you do that’s not on the list? Tell us about it! Even if it’s just something you do with your family, it’s fun to learn about traditions around the globe.
Bump for the season. 🙂
The quiz has 8 questions. I got 7 correct 😀 I flunked the Jewish one.
Malaysians celebrate the new year by going out to parties, congregating in parks, tooting their car horns, and generally making a fool out of themselves (but that’s allowed on New Year, I suppose).
Me? I rush home from work and plonk myself in front of the TV with some DVDs…
I got 4 right.. ouch I even got the Scottish one wrong 🙁
