howcome if you add yourself to your list, and you go away or come back or go idle..those things, it doesnt pop up and show you? it only shows you everyone else.

I’m guessing AOL’s servers detect if its you or not, and have it set not to notify the actual user.

It does. It will show yourself with a away message but it won’t show you going idle or pop up or anything.

i see when im idle too but im talking about pop up notifications. does it opo up and tel you that you are away..even tho its your SN?

notifications do not show up for yourself.. That would be pointless, do you really need a notification when you go away or come online?… I think you should know that already 😉

i know you dont see them and I agree its pointless if you were to see pop up notifcations for youself. but a coiuple people said they did see notifactions for themselves and im just asking if they are serious but im sure they just misread it.
