Posted on behalf of Adrienne who emailed me because she is unable to register at the moment due to a technical error on our registrations page!
Ok…. it’s a wierd question…. but if someone is offline, then why does their display picture change? Yes, I realize they could have me blocked, but I don’t think so… it shows “mobile” though most of the time. The display pictures are just the ones MSN offers you… Could it be because he is on a mobile? Could it be he was on a shared computer? Is MSN just doing it?
I always thought they had to be online to change a display picture.. so I was wondering why his was changing when he is offline/on mobile.
Thank you,
Adrienne
In response to Adrienne then:
This is caused by MSN itself. You see, MSN picks up a random display picture for you when you sign into MSN/Windows Live Messenger on a computer that hasen’t recorded your email. So I guess the same applies to mobile. 😎
