I can’t say if they will ever have it but not in MSN Messenger 7.0

it’s going to be a future feature, just not immediately.Correct me if I’m wrong but, as far as I know. Just for people that have a mobile phone attached to their MSN Messenger account. It is not like with ICQ that the messages will be stored on the server and then send to your friend when he/she comes online. MSN will send the message to the mobile number via SMS and the receiver will have to pay for it.
I don’t see the advantage of this over MMS or e-mail..I dont know if u had heard of this one, but i found a program called Rataj Messenger, and with it u can send offline messages to your MSN contacts as it says, and some other stuff. The program is not big for download, but then u gotta download Microsoft Framework to make it work which is about 30mb and dial-up users will suffer, so im gonna do this tomorrow.
During the setup it will prompt you that Microsoft Framework is optional to download. Well it’s not. If you try to run the program without having the Framework thing installed it wont work, it pops out some error for which i made a research and it says its related to framework applications and they need it in order to work.

Well u know what, dont even bother download this, i downloaded 30 mb for nothing, the program installed just fine but when i tried to use it, it started some error.. I guess we’ll have to wait for the offline messaging option to be enabled.. (and i hope its not for mobile only)
