ok waiting for MSN Messenger 7.5 (7.5.0299)

MSN Messenger 7.5.0244 will not sign me in,
it will not sign me in this new msn 7.5 it just will not sign in it trys but dont evan, come up with a error just trys to sign in forever .works ok with 0162 version .but just not with MSN Messenger 7.5.0244 the icon sign in just spins but never gos online. i have windows xp sv pack 1 a 2. amd xp 3000. .evryone said wait till none beta still got same prob with MSN Messenger 7.5.0299 final released the icon sign in just spins but never gos online. no box ups errors none. all i had can not conect to proxy i have ntl cable box do it think its best to phone for help.. its fine with version 7.5 (build 7.5.0162 but just not with
