Old AOL SN not showing up

My g/f’s AOL account will not show up on anyone’s ‘online’ list. She doesn’t think that there is a privacy setting turned on, and she doesn’t have anyone blocked. What could be the problem? And, is there anyway that I can still see her on?

She just got the newest AOL, and still has the same problem… is an issue with the account, or just a setting that needs changing?

Just noticed something…. when she is on, the profile changes to say “Note: AOL member profiles are not accessible through AOL Instant Messenger.” She has no idea of how to fix it, but I heard that there is a way of getting around this. Any help???

Tell her to try to sign on AIM using the screen name and see if it works.

LOL! shes ghosted then. if she doesnt show up online but yet you can see her profile then just tell her to turn her ghosting option off.
