Does Ostego work on Windows ME? I’ve heard rumors of it not running if you have that operating system. I’ve tried to install it and it wont run, so I’m guess thats the problem. But, I just want to reassurance…

What more reassurance do you need? You ran it yourself and it doesn’t work. That isn’t your fault, nor Fixer’s, it is the fact that Windows Me can barely attain an uptime of 30 minutes while being used. (personal conclusion)
However, there is a bug fix that I found. You have two options, if you upgraded to Me from Windows 98 (reasons set aside) then you may uninstall Windows Me if you chose to preserve your 98 settings using Add/Remove Programs. If you got Me with a new machine or did a clean install, then it is about time you upgraded to Windows XP. In this case, proceed to
kazaaa computer store of your choice and buy an XP Home upgrade and Otsego will work. I recommend the second one as it will fix numerous bugs and make applications more stable on your entire system.If you do choose to upgrade and have any questions, feel free to ask. 🙂
