our server had bloced MSN messenger. and I can’t use MSN messenger.

I am from Myanmar. And we can’t use messenger. We can only use web messenger. But if our server block these web messerger sites. We can’t use web messenger even.
But recently I have got a file name “yahoo regedit” with the help of this file I can now use Yahoo messenger. So any body help me to enable me to use msn messenger. I u need the sample of the file name “yahoo regedit” I will send you. Please Please help me.
