Well as if i’m not busy enough lately with my final week of school coming up and finals, i have to go out of the country this weekend to Mexico. I find it hard to consider it a whole other country sometimes since it’s so close, but yeah. I’ll just be gone saturday and sunday, since i have school on monday, but just wanted to give a heads up.
I’ll be more active once again after i get settled into my externship hopefully by the beginning of April.
So if everyone can keep an extra eye on the Yahoo! Section, it’d be greatly appreciated. ๐

March 26, 2007 at 7:54 pm #159535NessaParticipantI am backkkkk and with an all new appreciation for the United States. ๐
Mexico is actually not all that fun especially if you don’t go to good places. Heck the place i had to go to is currently in a bad condition that you see the cops in trucks with guys in the back standing with guns/rifles in their hands and some are already aiming….. Plus people in mexico just don’t know how to drive and don’t care, including the people who are walking. Red lights don’t mean much if they don’t see a car coming (and the second the light turns green people are already beeping, not giving you a chance to even react). Two laners are somehow transformed into three or even four laners because people drive crazy. People stop half-way down the street at a stop sign, in which i think, why bother stopping to begin with! So yeah….. But i’m not completely dissing mexico, so no getting mad at me!
Plus just to get across the border bridge it took us two whole hours because the traffic was going sooooo slow. But luckily i am home now, with all good life which i remember to value more than ever. (And yes, i have been to mexico lots of times, so this just served as a reminder!)
Over-all it was an alright trip since it served as a major distraction, but now back to studying! And thanks for taking your time to read. ๐
