I’m going to post this here as a reminder if nothing else. There are a lot of old pages that need corresponding new pages created, and sometimes a 301 redirect as well.
For example: https://bigblueball.com/im/others/ actually loads https://bigblueball.com/im/others/index.php (the default page). There is no such corresponding “page” in the new site, so I need to do two things: 1. create a page that covers the content of what used to be at /im/others/index.php and 2. add a redirect from im/others/index.php to that new page.
I’m going to list as many of them as I can here with the “old” links. The goal is to make them all work (loads an actual page in the new site).

Ok, I’ve been making some progress on this, but there’s still a LOAD of work to do.
The old IM Centers are history, but the URLs work (taking you to the new counterparts. They are no longer called “IM Centers” but instead will show an overview of the particular IM program. Eventually I want to add links to other relevant content (like we had back on the centers).
I’ve have been slowly trying to update these, but if you’d like to help, please pipe in! Here’s what I’ve got so far:
https://bigblueball.com/im/aim/
https://bigblueball.com/im/wlm/
https://bigblueball.com/im/msn/ (redirects to /wlm/)
https://bigblueball.com/im/yahoo/
https://bigblueball.com/im/icq/
https://bigblueball.com/im/googletalk/
https://bigblueball.com/im/trillian/
https://bigblueball.com/im/ichat/
https://bigblueball.com/im/brosix/
https://bigblueball.com/im/odigo/ (yes, I know it’s “dead”)
https://bigblueball.com/im/instan-t/
https://bigblueball.com/im/miranda/I still need to create an /others/ page and many more detail pages.
AIM, Y!, and WLM are the most important pages, and could benefit most from an update. I’d like those pages to really provide a solid overview of the program, and then link to other articles/resources as it makes sense.
If you’d like to help edit any of these or create pages for other programs (Paltalk, Skype, Adium, etc.), please let me know.
