Paint Shop Pro X help

I’ve just started using Paint Shop Pro, the latest version. I am very used to Photoshop. A lot of my friends use PSP and do not know if this is possible either… so I just thought maybe someone out there would know.

Is there a way to…
lock a layer, and drag layers.

In Photoshop you could hit CTRL to select certain layers or Shift to select all the layers and drag them @ once… but you cant do that in PSP. Is there anyway?!?

I wouldn’t know personally, I use Photoshop. I have used Paint Shop Pro a while back, but Photoshop just gives the more professional result.
