well, once you have downloaded it you will need to extract the installation files and run setup.exe. This will install HeavyK’s Patches, you should now have a new Item in your Start Menu here > Start |> All Program’s |> Heavy_K’s Patches for MSN Messenger v6.0.0268 Open this up and then you will need to detect the MSN Messenger Source File, located in System Drive (ie. C:) |> Program Files |> MSN Messenger |> msnmsgr.exe. Once detected you can cycle through the various patches available and apply whatever you desire. Just remember to make sure you have exited MSN Messenger completely before attempting to apply any patches.
well also note this – If you have multiple OS system i.e. 2 OS on single machine and suppose you are on second OS then you’ll have to yourself detect the MSN directory!!! b’cos by default heavy K’ Patches the MSN messenger on C: and not on other drive no matter which drive you are on… It happend to me…. so thought of sharing…
i done all that detected… but i mean after i detected it. how do i get it two on msn??? nothing seems telling me it is on??
