Okay Folks…Reese’s Peanut Cups eat your heart out…A friend gave me this recipe many years ago…and has been demanded every year since…lol
1 2lb Jar Chunky peanut butter…(I have used creamy and is really good also)
1lb margarine (parkey)
3lbs powdered sugar
3 T vanilla
Mix well…roll into balls…Put into freezer for a few minutes to chill.
Melt 12 oz bag of chocolate chips and 1/2 cake of paraffin…Dip balls to coat with chocolate…Place on waxed paper…Store in cool place…
(I have used semisweet chocolate and milk chocolate)…ENJOY!!!

I gotta meet this peanut butter thats got such big……. Oh forget it.
Shrimp balls made me shiver…..
Hmm, you can also make those into squares…
The recipe I use doesn’t use vanilla though.
And I mix the chocolate with about half a cup of margarine, to thin it out a bit.
I’ll have to try the milk chocolate, sounds good!
The only question I have is, what is paraffin?
Hiya Dan…Paraffin is wax, in which is sometimes put in chocolate to help thin…I use chocolate bark mostly now, and there is no need for the paraffin…By the way…welcome to the funny farm…hehehe
