After no response from Yahoo! Help, I’m here searching for a solution to a rare bug that I can’t seem to fix. I’ve been using the Yahoo Messenger with Voice service for a year now, both “Phone In” and “Phone Out” premium services. My problem is Phone-to-PC calls. When people call my Phone In number I get a normal ringing sound and a popup in the left corner, but the popup is blank and white. So I can not hit “Accept” to connect to the call. Plus there’s no quick keys or shortcuts to answer the calls, so I’m basically paying for a service I can’t use.
I’ve re-installed the program with the most recent version (v8.1) more then once. Would it have to do with Active-X controls or Java settings?
