ok i was on icq the other day and was reading peoples away messages when one person messaged me back and said “i know you just read my away message” this person knew that i did this and said they had a special program tha let them know who was readin there away messages and when….id love to know what this program was…..if anyone knows please let me know 🙂 thankyou so much!

I don’t know of such a program that could do this… Anyone have any ideas? The ICQ profiles don’t allow any code inside of them as they are all fill in the blank so that would be pretty hard. A program to do this would either have to be on the ICQ servers in order to see who has request the information of their profile or on your computer, which would be an invasion of privacy.
