PM logs me out then in again

Hi, for the past few days, whenever someone messages me, Yahoo logs off, then logs back in again, after that it’s fine…I’ve done a fresh reinstall and it’s made no difference, any help would be greatly appreciated….cheers

That happened to me with the last version,… right after i installed it,… a few weeks later it was fine. Could be a booter too,. i dunno. good luck !!!

Does this “someone” in your messenger list? or a stranger?
Was it a “legitimate” message? I mean its really a PM with you understanding what is written in the PM box. Because as cupcake said, it could be a booter, that is why I asked the question above.

Try to “close” your PM.. i.e, set it to ignore messages from anyone not in your list, and see if the problem still occurs.

What are the specs on your computer? You computer may not have the resources to accept pm’s. If you are running a NT based operating system, hit ALT-CTRL-DEL to bring up your task manager, and see how much memory you are using. Make sure you have all your updates for your computer.
