May 15, 2005 at 2:41 pm #121744TigerbladeParticipantthey can run a background scan, but things like that wouldn’t turn up in a scan like that. if he wasnt arrested for it, they wouldn’t necessarily know anything about it. of course, if it was their chatroom then they should be party responsible for not monitoring it to make sure things like that don’t happen…
