This is the 3rd time I’ve installed Yahoo Messenger now 🙁 Each time I download it, start it up and it works perfectly UNTIL I restart my computer, then the fun begins….. When I try to start up Yahoo Messenger is gives me this message “CoCreateInstance for th MyYahoo DLL failed!”. So up until now, to solve this problem, I have unistalled Yahoo then downloaded and installed it again and it works until I restart but now I’m sick of it.
Can anyone help me, please?
Just try to delete the main folder in the “program files” called Yahoo. Porque, somethimes that works for me (on other programs), but I’ve never came across that problem with Yahoo Messenger. YoU NeVeR kNoW……….By deleting the “yahoo” folder you delete other “hidden” files that are in it that tell you computer that you have had Yahoo Messenger installed before. There for you cannot just Uninstall YM, you would have to “repair it. So just Delete the whole folder and DL again….If this doese’nt work for you then I’m sorry I couldn’t help, But at least i tryed.
