Hey.
My problem it’s kinda strange. I wanted to login to my YM account but it says that my password is wrong. this can happen from 2 reasons
1. Somebody stole my account . but chances that this happened are very slim because i have a complicated password + i don’t think someone would have to gain anything by getting my account.
2. Problem with Yahoo system.So i tried to recover my account. I used the Yahoo Help system. I chose ” I have a problem with my password ” and then i’m asked to write my email account and the security code. But when i enter the code nothing happens. The page simply refreshes and i am asked to enter again a code. Done this a dozen times.
Still didn’t work.
And then i tried with a different yahooaccount and entered the code. It worked and the page changed and the helpwizzard asked me to enter the security question etc.So with a different account worked. What can be the problem with my original account ? Any suggestions ?
