Problems logging in

I have problems signing in with my account; but somehow, my cousin can log in with his account, the strange thing, it only happens to my windows sesion, and I can correctly log into my account with my aunt’s windows sesion. now… I read the other post about this; and I tried what it said it should fix the problem. but It didnt.
if someone can help me, I would really appreciate it.

nvm, found the fix for it, it was in another post down below =D

Wish I’d have known this was a widespread problem yesterday. Thought my PC mighta had a bug?
Just would’nt sign me in. Tried “troubleshooter”/”repair” and checked everything they recommended.
All my firewalls had messenger ‘approved’.
