Hi,
Is there a way to rename buddies to their real names like in Trillian? So if someone’s name was John, i would put in their screenname and then rename it to John?
Also, with making your profile longer…is there an easier way to get colors, etc… cause when I open info.html in notepad, it’s all text, and you have to enter codes, etc…for the color.Well, the only two clients I know of that can change names, as Amy said, are Gaim and Trillian. You probably will not be able to edit their names on regular AIM because your buddylist is kept on the AIM Servers. If you do not know the codes for colors to use in the profile (info.html), then I suggest going to an HTML reference site and looking around. Here is a good one: http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_fonts.asp. As you will see from that page, to change the color of text, use this code:
Code:Font HereHope this helps.
