We’ll I am trying to customize my profile… I’ve dealt with it forever, but now I am pretty annoyed by it. When I try to change fonts and different styles to my profile, (for example, having one section underlined, and the other not) the portion behind the latter is always back to Times New Roman font! IT IS SO ANNOYING! How do I prevent this?
best bet is usually to edit your profile in a text editor like notepad, with html formatting…
exit aim, start up notepad. open info.htm from your documents and settings/application data/aim/screenname folder (if you’re on xp).
edit your profile to your liking, with tags like bold, underline, and italic, or find other simple ones from google. keep in mind the aim profile only accepts very simple codes…
then save the file, restart aim. bada bing bada boom.try http://www.colormyprofyle.com if you need help with colors or fonts.. they work with not only AIM but subprofiles.. be careful though, some people cant view some fonts or colors
