Am I right to say that YahooMessenger 8.1 video chat uses Flash instead of a video CODEC (if that makes sence!) ??
Also- can anyone confirm that the audio CODEC is iLBC?

Last but not least – Is YahooMes…8.1 SIP based??

Please reply with any doubts to the above info.

yahoo! webcam does not use flash

the codec used for voice chat in chatrooms is tsp group truspeech

the call/p2p function on messenger is sip based
