Hi,
I just deleted myself from a contact’s buddy list, using the Deny-a-buddy program by Trolling Around. I also downloaded YahELite and deleted myself from the person’s buddy list again.
So now, my questions:
1) If the person has already deleted me from their buddy list, will the deny-a-buddy make any difference? Will it delete me from their address book?
2) If someone has deleted me from their buddy list AND address book, can I still see the person online?
3) What if I have deleted myself from their buddy list, but haven’t deleted them from my list….can I still see the person online?

As for my experience, it wont delete you from their address book.
2) If someone has deleted me from their buddy list AND address book, can I still see the person online?
3) What if I have deleted myself from their buddy list, but haven’t deleted them from my list….can I still see the person online?
As long as that user ID is in YOUR list, and not invisible, you can still see them when they go online.

I’m not quite sure, but i know i have read this here somehow, once your added to their Ignore List, you wont be able to see them online. sorry i cant try the method because im at office 😀 .
But please, anyone correct me if im wrong.
Maybe you can sneak in a testing session during lunch break, miGs!! :p
So anyone out there who has a definite idea about this?

When you ignore a contact, you appear offline to the contact. They cannot view your status or send you an IM….

1. A lot of programs don’t tell you if y are or aren’t in the list. They promt the messege that now you are out, even if you are out sometimes early.
2. Of course … when he/she is

PS: But what is interesting, if you are try to send messege to some one that you are out ith some debby programs, that person won’t recive your messege.
