So I upgraded to YIM 8(latest version) and I was wondering if anyone knew how or even if it can be taken off the list window. Thanks in advance.

Go to Messenger on top, then Show/Hide, then uncheck Yahoo! Voice Bar and Plug-ins and you should be good to go. 🙂
