In the past few weeks there have been several new I.E. Exploits which will auto download and run a trojan.
I have seen varients that will get the username and password of Yahoo!/MSN/AIM
Generally speaking do not click on any link that looks suspicious.
Also, if you have not already stay up to date with your Windows Updates, you might want to run it, last week was ‘patch Tuesday’
Secondly, disable active x.
I have found a program that secures your internet explorer/Outlook pretty well.
The programs name is Secure-It.(free ware)

I downloaded it and it seems to be very cool. But does this apply to you if you use Firefox as your main browser. I only use IE for sites that don’t work properly in FireFox.
Most of the exploits ONLY involve Internet Exployer, Not other browswers. I try to use as few Microsoft products as I can, as most viruses and trojans are specifically written for Miscrosoft products. Because the object is to reach the most people as you possible can with your virus, and most people use IE, or Outlook, etc.
