To all Staff:
I will be closing the nominations for MotM April 2008 shortly, and will be creating a poll so that members can vote for the nominees listed below, in no particular order:
- patndoris
- Tigerblade
- Whitefire
- VvWolverinevV
- Yahooligan

If you have any comments, etc. please post them here ASAP. I will be creating the poll by tomorrow in the MotM thread.

Altho I’m wondering about previous winners and their eligibility . . . I don’t care someone gets it again, just proves their award-worthiness.

Umm – dunno if it’s possible, but is there a way to link the person’s name in the poll with their nomination post?

I’m afraid it’s not possible to insert links within a poll, Heather. Unless Jeff knows of a way…
Just thought I’d point out that the nominees were for the month of March, not April (yet) 😉 Might want to edit your thread, Mr. Philip 😀
Hmm…if you read Jeff’s post here, he states that quote “nominations for the April MotM will be collected in March, and the voting will begin in April.” unquote.
Does anyone else think I’ve made a mistake? :confused:
I think I am having a blond moment, but usually with a poll you can click on the numbers at the end and it shows which member voted in each section, but it does not show on this poll?
Ever get the feeling you are going to feel stupid when you get the reply? hehe but ahhh I am in the staff room so I feel ok asking, you all know I am dafty :0)
Sarah, I don’t think your hair color has anything to do with it. When you create a poll there’s an option near the bottom that says “Allow others to see whom you’ve voted for.” If you put a check mark next to that, other people will be able to click on the numbers in the poll and see who voted for whom.
This being an MotM poll, I thought it was better NOT to enable this option, so you’ll have some privacy in your vote.
