Runtime error

This is the first time I have gotten a message from anyone on ICQ. When I try to open the message I get this error pop-up thingy:

Did you do something like editing your host to hide those banners?

As far as I know I didn’t do anything. I just opened ICQ and clicked recieve message, or whatever you click to read what someone sent you, and it gave me that error.

try uninstalling icq and reinstall the latest version: 4.1
http://www.icq.com/download
PS: choose the first option when you uninstall ” uninstall to reinstall icq ” this way you wont loose your configuration and history.
