I don’t know if this is a legitimate question or that I am a complete and utter idiot. People have been instant messaging me about this new fee that AOL/AIM is going to charge starting January 2005. Is this true? Has anyone else recieved this message? The message then said that I had to send the message to 10 friends. They said they would be monitering what I did with the message. Those last two statements made it look fake. Is this true?

That message has been going around for awhile. I got it back in aug. and it said aol would charge for screen names on Aug. 12th but they havnt. Just ignore it. If AOL did deside to charge they would probally send you an email.
