When I sign on its fine but afterwards when I want to change my screen name it says it cant be changed and then signs me off. What do I do?

Could you please give more info on your problem ??? Are you trying yo sing into another account or trying to change the way your S/N apears on messenger ??? And please give more info on operating system, MSN version etc.

This occurs when MSN Messenger’s connection to the MSN servers is terminated but the client (MSN Messenger) is unaware that the connection no longer exists. This happens every now and then and you shouldn’t worry about it…however, if it happens frequently then post your system specifications and we’ll try our best to provide you with accurate support.
