MemberHere’s my problem
I have an AIM screen name that I have used for the past 8 years. My account is verified and I have even gone as far a verifying my age with a credit card.
I can use the desktop application to sign on to AIM with no problems.
But when I try to sign on to AIM express at work or at a friends house or even at my own home I am told I have entered an incorrect username or password.
I know that I am entering all my information correctly. I have even changed my password a couple of times just to see if that might be the problem.
But every time I try to sign on to AIM express or try to use the screen name services I still receive the incorrect username and password.
I have even downloaded the new AIM Triton and it still says the same thing.
Does anyone know why?May 12, 2005 at 2:11 am #121401aznballa161
ParticipantVerifying doesnt have to do anything with being able to signing on AIM express. Make sure you are entering the right password.
At home, delete the screen name and password from AIM and try reentering the screen name and password. If it works, then try signing on AIM express and Triton.

Memberaim passwords are case sensitive… just a friendly reminder… you should try changing the password… and then try to sign in with express… if you get in, change ur password back to the original… and try to sign in again…
