Memberand that was never the link to their site. it was either team-fx.com/soft or team-fx.com/otsego.

MemberI actually recall http://www.team-fx.com once leading to the Team-FX site. Also, the sites you mention: team-fx.com/soft and team-fx.com/otsego are both part of the team-fx.com domain. If you also noticed, team-fx.com/otsego and team-fx.com/soft no longer work. The main domain address (team-fx.com) has also been removed. It is safe to conclude that the owner, thought to be “Fixer”, supplied false information when registering the domain.

MemberObviously if the main http://www.team-fx.com is down, any subfolders within that domain will be down as well.
But are you sure you didn’t just mix up the domain name? Everything seems to be located at http://www.fx-soft.com/ including http://www.fx-soft.com/otsego/ and http://www.fx-soft.com/soft/So basically you either ****ed up remembering the domain name or they didn’t renew it for registration if they owned it at one point. I don’t see how you could safely assume that this “Fixer” person supplied false info upon registration given the fact that the site is offline. Obviously it could be a possibility, but its just as possible that they didn’t renew. Who really gives a ****? Update your bookmarks and your problem is solved. 😀

Memberspeaking of…them…how do I get profileamp to work? I see the button, but I enter the shortcuts and they don’t do anything either in editing profile or viewing it.

MemberYou must use a proxy connection..
Go into AIMs preferences // Down to Sign On/Off // Press CONNECTION.
Enable a proxy by checking the Connect Using Proxy box. SOCKS 4 be the protocol .. under host write: loopback // and under port use: 8080 // this is ProfileAmps default port. This allows AIM to connect through the program.
Under these settings: ProfileAmp must be on when AIM is connected. The changes to your input will be made when you or someone else views your profile.

Set the host to 127.0.0.1. And it is set to SOCKS4 protocol?

Memberif you can connect through those settings then…
either: the port setting for profileamp is not set to 8080 (check the main tab of such) // or your not checking your profile correctly. do not edit profile to see if changes have been made. add yourself to buddylist and rightclick // etc. -
