Is there a way to send a noise(like the horn in icq) that gets a users attention at the other end?
Whenever you send someone a message, or whenever you sign on, MSN Messenger should play a sound at the other end, unless the MSN Messenger sounds are disabled there.
Other than that, no.
hi snoocd….as DJHyperbyte has said that when ever u come online and send messege even when u mail some1..so he/she get a auto alert window..it means that its already noise.:p…..
