For some reason, when i try to sign in on Windows Live Messenger it works fine on my e-mail address, but my sister cannot seem to log in on hers, do u know why this is? I have recently installed the Mozilla Firefox browser do you think will have any affect?
Help would be much appreciated.

Is your sister signed up as a WLM beta user? Have her visit this page and click the Try It link. Make sure she uses her ID when she’s agrees to trying, so it will be associated with the account! That should likely fix it I think. (And no, Firefox wouldn’t be the cause of any of this)
