Does anyone know if gtalk or another jabber client can logout if another sign in occurs, like MSN Messenger for example.
If I forget to logout of my desktop client before leaving, and login over my phone, its not always reliable which client recieves messages.
Is there a way to only allow a single login instance, or is this a limitation or feature of the jabber protocol?
thanks
Pep
It *might* make it more reliable if you add a session ID as discussed here. But they are also suggesting that multi-login doesn’t work at all.
Multi login will not work correct. So better to use another system.
