on another note, mcafee seem to think a .reg file doesn’t make changes to the registry, i guess the smart people at mcafee don’t understand what a .reg file is, lol, this is the very reason i hold no respect for mcafee.
this is for another file thats hosted here.

October 26, 2010 at 11:14 pm #177167DermotParticipantOk, im sure you may have noticed they moved it from a class 3 possible trojan to a class 7 virus (god knows why) and i decided to contact them again and explained how a programming language uses the registry in this case Delphi, i admit i did in a very sarcastic way (they don’t seem to understand why the registry was created in the first place) and got the following reply.
Hello Dermot,
This site has been queued for a full retest. Please note that any change (if warranted) may take up to 8 weeks to reflect. We thank you for your continued patience.
Sincerely,

McAfee SiteAdvisorOctober 26, 2010 at 11:18 pm #177154Jeff HesterKeymasterThanks for jumping through McAfee’s effing hoops, Dermot.
Sorry about the bother, but some folks rely on stuff like that to steer them away from the malicious sites.
October 27, 2010 at 12:21 am #177166DermotParticipantnot to worry Jeff, i removed the download anyways and pointing them to my site if they want it, and rewrote the app to specifically tell them what it’s doing, i don’t think i could get anymore clear on the subject with them, hell i even told them they could have the sourcecode lol.
