MemberI apologize… I am not sure where to put this…
Has anyone heard of a new peer-to-peer sharing Internet telephone service called Skype brought by Kazaa? – http://www.skype.com – seem like a good service for us to place calls anywhere in the world at no charges.
I know that coolguyj2 has mentioned of Skype to someone in another thread. Do you have any comment on Skype?

Participantyeah i’ve got it, a friend of mine IM’d me one night and told me to get it… its pretty good actually, better than AIM’s talk feature. basically it just sounds like a regular cell phone call, cause it does cut out occasionally, but not too bad. overall, its a decent program if you’d rather not type all the time
i give it an 8 out of 10 on the tigerblade scale

MemberYup I have the proggy, but I think it requires NT systems (win 2k or XP)… it doesnt run on Win 9X/ME, the program is really gud, voice is gud (depends on ur line also). I think I made a post for this abt 2 – 3 weeks back as some1 was facing problem with Firewall which was blocking his/her audio conversation. Skype Allows you to bypass that also. Overall a very gud software
