hi… I’m an italian boy, so sorry for my english…..
i have a big problem with MSN messenger… two days ago my computer was infected by a virus (trojan.gaslide) and yesterday I removed it… today I was surfing on the internet and the messenger was not on… my brother also have MSN messenger installed on his pc, and suddenly he got the message that I was logged in! but I was not! I was surfing and the messenger was NOT on! someone logged in with my account and I don’t know who! he also sent a message to my brother, with something about credits card, I don’t know exactly…. how can I repair this problem? please help me….How about you change your password for MSN messenger? And don’t forget to charge the secret question/answer too.
If your MSN Messenger ID is an @hotmail.com or @msn.com one then go to http://www.hotmail.com or http://www.msn.com . If you have an address that is @some_other_Place then you can change the password at http://www.passport.com .
So login to your hotmail account and go to options and change your password. You can change your secret question here as well.
ok I have done it. i’ll see if he logs in with my account again… if it will be, can I ask you help again? anyway, thanks boys
