Its not his page. You cant request to get it takin off. Freedom of speech and all that crap. but you alyways try complaining abuse to geocities but i doubt their gonna care about one little site.
Not even an availible pic when I checked it out. Doesn’t look like anything to worry about, at least not now.
You could try talking to that person into taking it off or at least ignore him, he will get tired of it.

Yes, I would complain to Geocities, and maybe send an email to the people at http://www.wiredpatrol.org and see what they suggest can be done about it. If it’s slander, then you might get an attorney to check it out.
