Something is adding links to my IMs

hi i need help somthing is adding this link o my im’s and in chat on yahoo but i cant find out how to stop it heres the link Download ProjectLithium Now! In my opionin its defently spyware/virus’s

Try updating your program or using a different spyware / virus program.

I use Spyware doctor, and NOD32 both very good programs
