I’m happy to announce a couple of staff promotions.
Jake (Spike) is our first Team Leader for the “Other IM” forum, and Ryan (MrEggSalad) is moving from Mentor to Advisor in the same area.
Both guys have been a great help, and the new roles are well-earned. I’m posting the announcement in here so you’ll know first. I still need to make the appropriate changes to permissions and will post a public announcement tonight.

Jeff asked me earlier this morning, and I couldn’t believe it at first, I thought he was joking or something, haha. Maybe it was too early, but whatever. Then, as if he wasn’t serious enough, he asked me if I would be okay with promoting Ryan, as well, and I was like… Oh, you’re asking me? Um…okay. Haha. I’m still in shock, it’s going to take awhile to get used to, but it’ll be fun. (I stilll prefer blue over green, but you can’t always get your way, now can you? ;))
Nice work guys….just make sure to use your new powers to combat evil and do not let it corrupt you like it did the CC Team…”Garcon, another Evian each for the CC Team…and put it on Jeff’s tab” 😛

Martin Bradley is back in CC?? When did this happen? Not that I mind the company 🙂 Also, it seems when I try to post a comment in the news area, it gets cleared when I press “Submit” using FF I am.
