Done. This is also now configurable per usergroup, and I’ve turned it on for everyone.

I’m not able to see who I last gave feedback to still.Doh! I read that wrong. I thought it was “see who last gave YOU feedback.”

Ok, it’s working now. You will see the last 10 reputation points given in a separate table beneath the reputation received. 🙂

I queried the database and discovered that there are only 20 people out of over 41,000 who are using the legacy postbit, so I’m not spending any time supporting it or customizing for it. Sorry.pffft, do you REALLY want to explore the legacy vs default post bit again? I bet you $100 that if you were to switch the default postbit to legacy 99% of people wouldn’t switch back. Hell, I bet most people don’t even realize it’s an option. And out of all forums out there, vB is the only one that has the “default” postbit anyway. If there was a general poll (that didn’t include staff [who by the way overwhelmingly prefer legacy] that asked which people prefer [whether or not they actually care] it’s legacy that would come out on top because it’s what everyone is use to.
It’s already been said before (and beaten with a stick, no less) that you prefer the default forum postbit — but if BigBlueBall wants to retain a community, then incorporating settings that people are accustomed to in other communities is only logical.
I propose that we switch the default postbit to legacy.

I also like this mod too:
Postbit Enhancements: Icons – Gender / Site Supporter / Site Profiles – vBulletin.org Forum
A nice way to incorporate networking sites. We don’t really need all of them but the Myspace and Facebook (especially) would be a nice touch.

ParticipantIf I could only find the thread that we had all the previous mod features in, it would be obviously be easier to throw them in, or at least easier to find on vB’s mod forum with the name of the mod.
I tried looking for it for about two hours and came up empty. It’s only one thread — with lots of ideas and links — between staff in the staff room.
And I’m sorry, but if we can’t fix the signature issues, I’m going to go fu&^ing crazy. It’s too difficult to become accustomed to a “new” feature that makes no sense to become with, not to mention seen corrected for over two years and now just given up on. If it can’t be fixed, you just watch a detn8r go on a bitch fit. It’s like looking at the back of your hand, something that you look at daily and seeing a giant scar. It’s going to bother you knowing it wasn’t there before and now your being forced to accept it. But if you have a cream to remove it, WHY NOT? Because 41,000 less 20 people don’t see it? Sorrry. I understand there can/is a lot of **** to do, but when it comes to seeing something that makes me feel uncomfortable every time I come on the forums is really going to compound into something over time, believe me.

This should be fixed. I can’t test it, because I don’t run the legacy postbit. Give it a shot and let me know.

The background colour is the colour of the postbit instead of the post (purple vs white I guess). Can that be changed?

I believe it should be the correct color now.

Last one on the list, and it’s done! 🙂

ParticipantJeff, you never did comment on the additional mod that I suggested with tying in the networking sites like Facebook and Myspace. Opinion?

The screen shot only shows the sex and a star. I’m okay with adding fields to the profile, but I’m not all that excited about adding a bunch more images to the postbit.

I couldn’t view the screenshot, so I’m not exactly sure what it shows, but the gender is only one example that you can add. I am suggesting only adding MySpace and Facebook — and also suggesting to remove Skype.

MemberHere’s the image (attached).
I’m ok with adding fields for Myspace and Facebook (and sex… is that a Yes/No field?) 😉
Why do you want to remove Skype?
