Any of you guys surf or skate?
I bodyboard a bit in the winter when the beach has some swell or when i go down south where the swell is always pretty big.
I have some mates who prefer skating instead but I always figured we live so close to the beach why not use it. Plus the whole falling of skate board onto road vers falling off bodyboard into water. Although its not that safe it looks a lot safer then skating.
So what about you guys? I’m asuming a lot of you are in-land so your skaters if u have to choose?
I body and boogie board. No surfing, there aren’t big enough waves.
i havn’t skated in a couple years now/Neither. I’m learning to snowboard though. That really hurts! You would think if you fall, just land in the soft snow, but the snow on the mountains is groomed and packed down from everyone skiing/riding on it.
*sigh…Man all you cool people get to do all that…All You Suck, lol, just kidding.
No Skating b/c fall+bad back=paralysis
No Snow b/c it doesn’t usually snow in hell (New Orleans) I guess it will if the Saint’s ever make it to the SuperBowl, lol.
No Surfing b/c…well…Gulf of Mexico doesn’t get any hang 10s

I skateboard and snowboard. I’ve surfed once, but never plopped down the bucks for a board nor opted for the whole surfer lifestyle. (not that there’s anything wrong with that!)
I still have my Sims skateboard with Gullwing trucks and Sims Snakes (it’s about 26 years old)… and I can still pull effortless 360s. đŸ™‚
I suck at skateboarding, but I do enjoy rollerblading. I also love snowboarding when I can find the time and money to get to a decent mountain. I’d love to try surfing, but I’m just too far away from the coast. It’s on my to-do list though.
I have a few friends that surf. If you ever make it down to sunny SoCal lemme know and we’ll hook up with them.
