I really really need help clearin ma comp of spyware nd adware!!! doez ne 1 knoe how 2 help me? i hav downloaded thingz but it doeznt help!

What programs have you tried already? Three I would recommend are Ad-Aware SE, Spybot S&D, and Microsoft Anitispyware.
And if you are having trouble getting files removed when using anti-spyware software:
I believe the 3 programs above have the option of running a scan immediately when you login to windows (before any other start-up programs load). This will stop any adware from conflicting with the removal process. So if you are having trouble, I suggest you do this (or boot into safe-mode and do a scan).
