You and a person you love deeply are placed in separate rooms with a button next to each of you. You know that you will both be killed unless one of you presses the button before 60 minutes pass; furthermore, the first to press the button will save the other person, but will immediately be killed.
What would you do?
I would quickly press the button (especially if I knew that it was going to be a quick and painless death) because I am a nice person, and people would recognize me that way too. And plus, if it’s someone you really love in that other room, you’d might as well show that you really love them.
Easy get some TNTs, bomb the wall that’s separating us and just walk out with the person I love deeply =D.

no. i don’t really belive that, i just watched the movie the other day. but seriously, i don’t know what i would do. i know i should say push it but i cant say that without knowing. human greed is one of the strongest things on earth.
wait the 60 minutes, why would I want to take my life out of theirs, and why would I want to live without them?
but could you be so sure the other person would do the same?
for example… and for simplicity’s sake… assume you and i are the two people. your answer says that you would wait it out. my answer says that i would press the button instantly, killing myself to save you.
then, although you would have waited, killing both, i would have already ended my own life, rendering your decision useless.
I would instantly press the button, saving the other person and killing myself. There is no question.
